Looking at your health wheel highlighting your results sheet, consider:

  • Which healthcare practices are you best at?
  • Which healthcare practices are you OK at?
  • Which healthcare practices do you need to improve on the most?

Share your results with a partner, small group or teacher. Discuss a plan for how you could improve your healthcare practices. For example, if you are not great with drinking enough water, your plan might be to carry a water bottle with you each day. If you have trouble getting to sleep at night, your plan might be to go to bed earlier and read a book.
