Brainstorm sheet 

Foundation to Year 1: You can use the Brainstorm sheet to draw or record what your student already knows about healthcare. For each box ask your student some simple questions. For example:

Attitude: What makes me happy?

Air: Do I take deep breaths when I need to relax?

Nutrition: What is my favourite fruit?

Sunshine: How do I look after my body when it is very sunny?

Water: Do I drink 4 cups of water each day?

Exercise: What is my favourite sport activity?

Rest: What helps me go to sleep at night?

You may like to have them draw pictures to support the information in each box.
