About Us

IT TAKES 7 MISSION

It Takes 7  provides an ABC for health and wellbeing. We aim to empower individuals so they can research, write and act out their own health scripts. Attitude is the ANSWER!

It Takes 7 provides a health wheel highlighting 7 health promoting elements: Attitude, Air, Nutrition, Sunshine, Water, Exercise, Rest. It is a ‘nature to nurture’ method to promote wellbeing.

Sam Queen, biochemist and clinical nutritionist says, “Your body is made by design and designed to win!” When dealing with health issues, it is empowering to remember your body is designed for success. Currently, there is a growing volume of research highlighting the intricate role natural elements play in switching on, or mobilising inherent healing drivers in the body. A ‘nature to nurture’ approach is noted for its potential to bolster your immunity, vitality and wellness.

We understand the pursuit of wellness is often made easier by following the example of successful achievers.

So that’s what IT TAKES 7 is all about!

  1. We provide an alphabet for health and wellbeing.
  2. Inspire healthcare learning & doing.
  3. Share winning health stories.
