Welcome to It Takes 7. On our website we have lots of fun healthcare activities. Lets get started by teaching you 3 things about our program.

1. It Takes 7  is your ABC for health. Learn this simple saying. Attitude is the ANSWER! Hidden in this saying are 7 health helps. Attitude, the way you think, is your first health help and ANSWER stands for another six. Any guesses?

2. It Takes 7 can help with managing your emotions. When you feel like your emotions are a bit ‘wobbly’ or ‘all over the place’, in our course we will show you a helpful way to find an ANSWER to your problem:)

3. On this website there are lots of It Takes 7 activities to help you think about ‘how to be a healthier me!’ Ask your teacher or someone to help you get started.
